The mobile web is the future. For-profit businesses like Amazon already have mobile-optimized commerce pages because they know that people shop on their cell phone browsers all the time. Currently, eTap's Cart and eCommerce modules are not optimized for mobile. This means that donors need to scroll on their smart phones to enter the details to make a donation. I've personally left donation pages of other nonprofits simply because their mobile donation page was too cumbersome. eTap needs to get on the cutting edge for their nonprofit customer base and create an easy to use mobile donation platform that fits on your average smartphone screen.
