add pledge balance column to columns you can view in journal

Would be nice to see at a glance what pledge balances are instead of opening the journal entry

    This sounds like something that should be added as an option when choosing columns.  There are several other items we will be adding as well and I will add that to the list.

    This would be  very useful. In fact, it would  be even more useful to be able to choose a number of pledge-related columns, such as Installment Plan, Arrears Balance, and Last Payment Date/Amount.
