Donors often don't have the initiative or thought to scroll up once they click the "submit" button to look for the box to complete the payment screen.  Please make it more user-friendly by allowing the payment box to appear at the level of the "submit" button so donors are not confused why their donation was rejected, didn't go through, website is broken, etc.
