We are a healthcare organization and before I do any type of mailing I work with our Physician Relations department to see what docs have left and which ones I need to add to the system.  When I am doing those and have to add a custom field of Dr. it makes the process longer.  I would like to see Dr. added as an option in the Title drop down field.
