Due to the nature of our organization, we also document interactions with the population we serve: the participating children and their families/guardians. We are seeking to transfer participant information into eTapestry in order to catalogue all interactions in one database. For the purpose of organization and running reports, I wanted to inquire about adding an additional role named "Participant".
We are cataloging our participant families as constituents, using user defined fields to identify them as of now, but it would be much easier to organize participating families, donors, participating families who donate, etc. who have multiple personas. This will also help with mass information dispersion and communication to all populations who are involved/invested in our organization.
