The title on the confirmation landing page needs to be changed to reflect the type of entry. A contact form is not a transaction or registration. It is a contact form sent to the organization from someone who enters it in on the organizations website. PLEASE MAKE THIS Change and option to select when creating a DIY contact form! I can't beleive I am the first person to notice this.
