Sometimes people are making sustaining contributions through our general contributions form. Because this is a dropdown menu, sometimes they don't select Monthly so end up making a One-Time (annual gift) by mistake. If we could reformat ala the Fund field where one can select Radio Buttons or Dropdown, that would end confusion on the part of some donors while at the same time raising more money.
