Receive a notification email when a BBMS transaction fails for any reason
It would be useful to know when donors are having an issue trying to process a transaction. We could engage the donor when we see this happening rather than having to dig for this information.
We offer the ability for organizations to receive notification emails on DIY forms and this includes failures.
To set this up on an existing DIY page:
Open the Settings Editor modal for a DIY page
Click on the Email tab
Mark the checkbox next to "Send your organization a notification email?"
Fill out the "To What address(es)?" and "Subject" fields
Click Update
Click Go Live in the right-hand corner of the Online Forms Editor
Click Yes, Go Live
Click Replace
