With the new checkout process, donors get confused during credit card checkout and accidentally select Visa Pay instead of the Pay With Credit Card button. They then get trapped in the loop of creating a VISA pay account and become very frustrated. There should be a clarifying line of text added to let people know what those buttons do and to more clearly direct them to the regular credit card checkout process.
