Add pledge buttons on DIY forms
By adding pledge buttons, someone would have the option to check off certain criteria and click a drop-down box to adjust payment frequency. For example:
______ ($ to type in), (monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually), for the next _______ months, years, for a total gift of _______ (automatically populated). Can then insert gift chart for donor to view on the form so they can have a better idea of how it calculates.

It’s critical for us that when we create a DIY form (to post on our website to receive BBMS credit card donations) we are able to specify Pledge Payment OR Gift. When someone sets up a recurring gift through BBMS, a recurring gift schedule journal entry is created in their eTapestry journal and as of right now, we are unable to edit this schedule to ensure their payments enter into the journal as Pledge Payments. I was told by your representative that BBMS transactions are only processed as gifts. This defeats the purpose of using BBMS/eTapestry together because I then have to go in and manually edit quarterly statements in word so that donor sees their payments deducted from their pledge commitment. We are back to wasting time with editing, rather than this actually being a process that streamlines our procedures.
PLEASE address this. It is extremely frustrating.
