Include a blind copy option when creating emails for a thank you Tax receipt email

We retain copies of all thank you/tax receipt letters for audit purposes. I recently created a thank you/tax receipt letter for emailing to our online donors. Currently, there is no way to blind copy myself or our tax department of the actual correspondence. I can only receive an email telling me that the email was sent. In addition, only one email address can be included in this field. If a blind copy feature is added, it needs to accommodate multiple email addresses.
