Currently we can have multiple email address listed in an organisations account, but if one of those individual emails opt out, the whole account is now opted out of future emails. The remainder of the emails listed will no longer receive our correspondence.

From what I am told, we also can not go in and manually opt in the organization as we are not able to determine which email address opted out the whole organization.
