Create a merge tag that spells out the month as opposed to just utilizing the numerical date.

When we write our thank you letters, we like to use the merge tag "date" when thanking the donor for their gift. Currently the date appears numerically (e.g. 3/20/2020). We would like it to be written out (e.g. March 20,2020). Is this a possibility?
