Allow manually entered purchases

My organization takes checks and cash, but there's no way to mark them as a purchase for a specific item. That messes up transaction reports, queries, and communications.

    This has been a request/suggestion for many years. Although more and more ticket purchases are being made online, thereby tagged as "purchase," many of our manually entered transactions are not gifts, but purchases. Having the option would make eTapestry a much more functional and effective program.
