I would suggest adding a stop date fields to the custom pledge schedule. I would allow these pledges to then be automated processed. I would also add electronic fund transfer to the drop down list for automated processing so that organizations can record for employee payroll deductions. Our organization needs to show employee payroll pledges for a specific period of time, not standard. Customizing pledges doesn't help us save time because we have a lot of donors to do this for. We have set up recurring gifts, but then they don't show as pledges only when received.
