I have to share that we are going to change our donor software next year for this reason. So many of our donors have iPhones and Macs with Safari as the default browser. They quite frequently have problems trying to donate. Getting donations is hard enough and we don't want to make it harder because of our donor software. Last year we processed ~$500K in donations through eTapestry Blackbaud. This seems like an important fix for eTapestry and Blackbaud to focus on.
