Date/Time on Tracked Opens report should show

Date/Time on Tracked Opens report should show eTapestry system time not time of recipient

When sending an Advanced Mass Email the Tracked Opens report shows the time of email opening in the recipient's time zone. This is very confusing and can show times in the future as far as the sending system is concerned.
