Currently the Payment Method pop-up shows up at the top of the page even though the "Submit" button is at the bottom of the page.

As a result, when using the system on the phone, the pop-up is not visible unless one scrolls up after clicking the Submit button. This creates some confusion as some of our donors think that the page froze after clicking the Submit button as they would not have considered scrolling up and hence would not have seen the pop-up.

I suggest that the pop-up be displayed at the bottom of the page so that it appears as soon as one clicks the Submit button on the form.
