During a phone bank fundraiser, our donors expect real-time, nearly automatic receipts after they hang up the phone. If we could process their transaction at that time, and have an email confirmation go out (like with online giving), we would save a lot of time and effort answering calls from donors looking for their email receipt and we'd also have happy donors who are confident in our processing system.
