There are numerous requests for the DIY from to have the functionality to give donors the option to cover the Blackbaud transactions fees.
Who can I speak with in management to discuss further as it is extremely important to non-profits?

We have an Early Adopter Program that just started on an option for donors to help cover fees. It was announced at BBCON and is called Complete Cover. If you are interested in being a part of that EAP, please let me know at mike.rusche@blackbau.com. Thanks.

When can we expect this to be rolled out? We only have 2 months left of the year and they are the heaviest for donations. Would be nice for this to be available ASAP.

Any progress on adding this as an option? We're currently investigating our options with other companies to be able to include this feature.
