"Hierarchy selection for persona's" does not consistently work when using Advance email
We would like to know that when we send an email blast and we select the Persona Hierarchy to export the information in the following order, that the system will complete the request that we made rather than randomly pulling email's from Household persona's without any type of order.
Based upon the following hierarchy:
Joint-1st
Personal-2nd
Organization-3rd
The Advanced Email Hierarchy selection should work exactly the same as when a query is exported and the personas reported are based on the hierarchy selected.
There should never be a random selection associated to a hierarchy. If 'random selections' occur then there is a bug in the system.
Currently we are receiving bad information because the information provided is pulling from random account persona's and NOT by the hierarchy selected during the export process.
