Implementing emojis in email subject lines is common place now and really can help make emails stand out. Regrettably, eTapestry's capability in this area is somewhat restrictive; while a few emojis are supported (although we've had some mixed results), they can't be incorporated into the subject line of an advanced email. We were informed that eTap's mass email functionality was on par with its competitors. However, we're really seeing some clear discrepancies in its feature set. It would be great if Blackbaud could start bridging these gaps to truly rival other platforms.
Yes, all the competitors can add emoji to subject line....this needs to be addressed
