For gift entry, Campaigns, Funds and Approaches are listed in the drop down menus in the order that they were added to the system, not in alpha order. (You are able to sort them alpha under "management") If anything, the default must be alpha/numeric. If you can't make that the default, then you need to add the functionality to sort the drop downs in the order a customer wishes.

As we have grown, our gift entry is growing and my data entry people are growing more and more frustrated with the hunt and search. This is so simple, and would dramatically increase data entry productivity (especially for small nonprofits with few staff as it is.)

The lack of this functionality (plus the lack of gift batch capability) is prompting us to look at other solutions (RE is too expensive for us)
