Allow editing of queries that sit behind the standard home page dashboard Tiles

As an example it would be good to be able to exclude GIK gifts from the top donors or recent gift tiles if we choose to. Or have the option to only include certain approaches in the Campaign Tiles etc. Basically opening up the ability to configure the queries sitting behind thes tiles would add a lot of additional functionality for the dashboard

    Bumping this up again! It would be so useful to be able to change some of the queries. For example the Top Donors tile includes pledges, which are not monies received. We would also like to be able to edit the Average gift tile to exclude larger gifts that skew our numbers incredibly high.
