In the DIY Forms you can have a thank you sent automatically to your donors but it is not tracked. I would love to see this added as a journal entry showing that a thank you note has been sent via email and then an added bonus would be to have a copy of that letter in the journal entry. I have seen this feature in other databases and would love to see it in eTapestry too as we all know how important it is to properly thank donors. Thank you for your consideration!
