We are a public school foundation. Each month approximately 300 teachers donate to the foundation through payroll deduction. The district gives us one check a month with the total dollar amount. They provide the teachers name, gift amount... in an Excel spreadsheet. Each teacher's information has an account in eTapestry. Thank you notes, tax letters are issued each year for their total gift... Currently we enter each monthly individual gift into eTapestry, it takes a long time. I feel there is a better way for us to learn to do this. How can we import each monthly individual gift into eTapestry from an excel sheet without going into each account one at a time to enter the gift? The gifts are recurring, but different dollar amounts per person. Thank you
