I see a post in 2018 and another in 2019 complaining about the lack of ability for Company and Organizations to donate in a clean and non-individual person manner. This seems to be a repeating issue that has been brought up going on 4 years now. Please address this, I fail to see how difficult it can be to implement.
Enable DIY forms to be completed by a business/organization
By requiring DIY forms to be completed as a "Personal" Persona--and therefore requiring First and Last Names-- you make it hard for anyone who wants to use a company credit card to make a donation, if they can't enter the business/organization name. And then it creates an "Individual" Account, when we want to create a "Business" Account, giving us inaccurate data.
Please change the DIY forms so that the respondent can select whether they are an individual or business/organization, and the appropriate fields and Account Type would populate.
