When creating a DYI form I would like to include a QR code or a barcode or any type of code for a client who signs up for an event. I would like to then be able to scan that code and check it off the list when they arrived at the event. Ideally this code would be unique to each client an automatically emailed to them once they finished filling out the event registration form.
