URGENT: eTapestry Search Menu is Not Pulling Up Searches

URGENT: Please address the eTapestry program search engine. When I type into the Search Your Database, the Find an Account DOES NOT pull any searches up. This is also DISRUPTIVE and becoming frustrating. Please fix immediately.

      Thanks for the comment...We did not make any changes to the search engine with the latest release. I have asked support to reach out to you to help take a look at your issue. Thank you!
