Include "None Selected" in the Fund field selection

Include "None Selected" in the Fund field selection on a DIY form, similar to how you can for defined field selections.

By having a "None Selected" option and requiring the field, you can require the donor to make a selection of a Fund, rather than it just defaulting to a fund.
