Give users the option to stay logged in to the eTapestry database for longer than 30 minutes at a time. It is annoying, time consuming and frustrating to have to continually log in up to 15-20 times per day especially while customers are waiting for information.

Such an extreme change to go from never auto-logging out to a 30 minute cap. Company line of "this is what we decided. end of story" is not consumer-friendly and condescending.
