I have a lot of donors report a "blank page" after using a DIY form because the form is so difficult to customize and ends up displaying in such a long and narrow way that the confirmation message ends up displaying way above the end of the form. The result is the "blank page" effect because people don't realize they need to scroll back up to where the form started to see the confirmation message. It's the number one complaint I get. Almost nobody can tell if their gift went through.
Being able to insert page breaks would split the form into sections (ie: tickets, contact info, payment info) and keep the entire experience in one field of view without needing to scroll, and would eliminate this "blank page" effect.
Breaking the form also makes the process feel quicker to donors, rather than a long form to fill out.
