I am working in Korea office that is part of international organization . Our office's donor base is mainly Koreans and it is very important for us to use Korean characters for many different functions like print out or reporting materials.

However, when I export report in PDF format, within Blackbaud eTapestry, the file is not displaying Korean character. Export in excel file is working, but I would like to use PDF export since it is available - I think this is perfect for reporting and analysis purpose.

I inquired with the support team and they said Korean character is visible and available only when the font style is changed in the report - font in PDF that I was exporting was not supporting Korean character. And the support team confirmed they could not find function to change the font style in PDF report.

It would be great if we can have option to choose font before exporting PDF file or just change the font in general in PDF which supports various languages (Asian characters especially).
