It is odd that eTapestry, in a query, uses the field name as "COUNTRIES" instead of "COUNTRY", yet if you want to display a country name in a report you have to use the field name "COUNTRY" instead of "COUNTRIES". 

This is a quirk about eTap that I've never quite figured out!
