It turns out that there is a storage limit on attachments to journal entries that Blackbaud does not tell us about until one tries to exceed it. This limit and the usage to date should be shown on the Subscriptions page. The other thing that is missing from this page is the Advanced Mass email limit and usage. However, this information is obtainable via a report which is not the case with the storage limit on attachments.
