I am finding this program to be difficult to use in that I want to know what receipts have been issued this year already (chat support said there is no way to run a report for this information). I would also like to know how to generate receipts monthly but ensure nothing got missed previously so generate receipts from Jan-Nov for example except chat support tells me that it will produce duplicates. So as a new employee in a new position, there is no way to double check what's been done and what needs to be done. For a charity to mail multiple copies of the same tax receipt as well as printing - not great but this program doesn't seem to offer much by way of a solution. This needs to be fixed.
