When we work with big companies, often different people will have different ideas of how the exact name should be credited. Even within marriages sometimes different partners want to list different ways. I'd love to be able to document who requested a change, for example, if we change the custom Recognition name from 'Blue Cross Blue Shield' to 'Blue Cross and Blue Shield' there would be another place where we could record that the information was provided by Jennie Smith, Vice President of Marketing on 12-17-21.
