Etapestry needs an integration for gmail like the Outlook integration that allows attaching of emails to eTapestry from Outlook

eTapestry needs to develop an integration for gmail like the Outlook integration tools that allows us to attached received email to eTapestry and "Send and Attach" email to eTapestry as well.

    I agree. I asked about this recently and it sounds like it still hasn't happened, but we need our donor database to have this function in order to track communications with Gmail.

    Guys, I know this is easier said than done, but this has to be a priority.  No other development project is as vital to keeping Etap a great and viable solution.  Most of us are using gmail accounts.  The outlook integration does not work with Windows 10 and does not work with Mac.  I am not a fan of Salesforce (GREAT company, not a great FR database), but every org I know is using them and email integration is key.  Is this a BlackBaud plot to slowly kill etapestry and force us back to Raisers Edge?

    I agree. This needs to happen for organizations that utilize Gmail and Google Calendar. It creates unnecessary steps when we have to utilize Outlook to 'automatically' update the system. The system also needs to push notification and alerts to Gmail, not just the outbound.

    I agree.  We are looking at ways to better integrate with 3rd party systems like Gmail.  As we determine a path to make those integration better, then we will look at considering this.
