When I look at an account for an organisation, I would like an option to see all journal entries with all 'related' individuals (usually employees) e.g.

List View

Household List View

Relationship List View [NEW OPTION]

Currently I'm required to add the same journal entry to both the individual and the organisation account, creating duplicated information and unnecessary data entry.
