Sending email communications or downloading letters to send to constituents is so difficult, I completely bypass eTapestry, and just export an excel file of my data to mail merge into a letter in word.

I have spent so much wasted time, trying to format a letter in eTapestry, to only have it print or download incorrectly. Additionally, having every PDF or word file locked from editing, means I can't use eTapestry for one of it's main intended purposes!

Please make this process easier, by allowing my to upload my organizations letterhead in a PDF or picture file, and then allow my to still enter data fields to populate the recipient and donation amount in each letter.

With this issue, eTapestry has turned into strictly a donor relationship manager, and I send all my correspondence outside or the platform.
