Flaw Found in New Update: "Summary Fields" from Custom Reports is now an option in Queries but only included calendar year options

Having the "Summary Fields" from building a custom report available in my query results is a great option because that is often the information I am trying to access when pulling an account query. The only problem is the update only include a few options from the Summary Field in custom reports and all option are based on a calendar year timeline and not a fiscal year. So, the update I was excited for, is completely useless to me because my organization operates on a July-June fiscal year.

It seems like it would have been easy to add the fiscal year options for these categories, or at least allow us to select whether we need the date in calendar or fiscal year results.

    Thank you for this feedback. The fiscal year options only appear under the query summary fields when the Last month of the fiscal year is set to a value other than Dec. Please follow these steps:

    • Click on the Management drop-down menu and select My Organization

    • Click on the Preferences tab

    • For the Last month of the fiscal year field, select the last month of your fiscal year

    • Click Save And

    • Now when you edit the columns on the query preview page, you should see Received Total - This Fiscal Year and Received Total - Last Fiscal Year as options.
