On more than one occasion, we've had eTapestry DIY form transactions fail and need to reach out to the donor who attempted the transaction. Currently, Blackbaud Checkout only sends name, address and email from the DIY form submission to BBMS with credit card information. When a "not processed" or declined transaction hits BBMS and not eTapestry, we need a way to get in touch with the donor quickly, AKA, a phone number! If eTap/BB Checkout doesn't provide that information to BBMS, and the donor is new, we can't easily reach them, and that looks really bad on our part. The remaining contact information prefills in Checkout, just add another field that prefills and a db field in BBMS to display in transaction detail, PLEASE!!!
