It would be useful to be able to edit how an automated email looks when it is sent to a user to tell them that a constituent has completed a DIY form. At the minute, all User Defined Fields pull through as one big paragraph and if your form is quite information heavy, it's really difficult to read. I don't understand why each field isn't placed on a separate line to the one before, like the other Etapestry defined fields are.
