Please add an option for the donor to pay the admin fee for processing the donation Merged

Many people have requested this item over several years and many other donor databased have this option. We urgently need this option to allow more funds to go directly to our cause.

    In our next scheduled release, September 18th, we will be releasing multiple option for this organization to choose on their DIY pages.
