Allow default transaction entry per account

Allowing unique Approach, Fund, Campaign, Received Amount and Note for particular account as default values for that account would avoid having to manually assign them every time we enter recurring gifts.

      This suggestion was made over 3 years ago. It hasn't gotten any votes, but I wonder if that is because not a lot of people use recurring gifts. I have used etapestry since 2007, but just recently discovered how recurring gifts could simplify my work and now I have a lot of my donations as recurring gifts, but have to enter the note field every month for all the gifts that have notes. I cannot understand why the database was configured this way. It seems to me that more often than not we would want the note to carry through with each payment.
