When we email constituents through eTapestry by choosing communication templates but with some manual edits, the original template content is saved in the contact journal and not the edited version. This does not accurately reflect what was actually sent. So one has to go back to the journal and edit the content there again to reflect the actual message sent. Also, any attachments sent are not saved so this has to be reattached again later. It would avoid duplicate works if the final version of the email content is saved together with any attachments or the option to save the attachment is provided.
