By September 22, 2022, Mastercard's updated rules require organizations to provide notification of any terms surrounding a recurring gift schedule/pledge, and instructions to cancel their pledge to a donor. Mastercard also requires 3 to 7 day notification prior to processing recurring gifts that are on a 6 month or greater recurring gift/pledge schedule, and immediate confirmation for receiving of the donation. Currently, eTapestry can send an automated email for a new recurring gift. If a donor has already started their schedule, the organization's staff will have to manually pull reports and reach out to the donors.

Could you please automate the confirmation messages that must go to donors prior and after each recurring gift or payment? This will avoid mistakes or omissions, save staff time and resources, and keep us in compliance with the new Mastercard's requirements. Please prioritize this because it is time sensitive, and Mastercard has a hard deadline.
