Left side titles to the page header rows

I have my page header separated into five rows to make it less cluttered. Row 5 is a UDF I created named "contact lead:"
It would be great if the row had the title of the field at the beginning. Right now I have to type in the whole thing in order to display it. "Contact lead: Joe Smith".

    We offer the option to display the field name for UFDs in the Account Header. To enable it for your field, please follow these steps:

    • Click Management and select User Defined Fields

    • Expand the category that contains your field and click on the name of the field (in this example click on Contact Lead)

    • Navigate to step 3, Field Attributes

    • Mark the checkbox next to "Would you like to display this field's name when included in the Account Header?"

    • Click Save and Finish
