I feel like the communications part of this CRM is very limited and doesn't allow for individual communication with Constituents. If I want to send a single, personal letter to a donor, I still have to set up separate query to add the one donor. Why should there be an additional step just to draft one letter? The other issue with this is when you just batch letters, I also can't go back and pull a letter that was drafted for that one individual unless I save the entire file as a word document and pull it that way. This system just makes it so hard to be personable with your donors.
