Create a defined field within the account that shows the Date/Time of the last opened mass email. Currently this information can be found using the “Tracked Opens Report”, but it’s very tedious and time consuming to open each individual email Delivery Report to find that info. It seems to me you could just tap into the “Tracked Opens Report” and log the date/time info into the Account. This would be a very efficient and effective way to keep your email distro list clean, current and up to date. For example, you’d have the ability to remove people from your distro list who have not opened an email from you in some time, or only email people who are engaging with you in a certain time frame.
